Just be aware the time to “sell” is rapidly - RAPIDLY - closing. If things are not resolved by 2022, the economy will be done.

Mortgage foreclosures will be reminiscent of 2008 if nothing gets done, and Lenders are not eager for what is in store for next year. “Downturn” gets thrown around a lot.
If you have a lake house you’d like to liquidate, do it.
