I'm interested in doing a cleanse myself but don't know dosage and duration, any advice will be appreciated

Same. I did feel some energy shortly after taking though.

Had the same effect on three separate occasions. For about 4-6 hours after taking it I felt super charged. Felt like running in a field endlessly.

I didn't notice but husband had same reaction. He said he had a burst of energy and felt great for a short time.
