It goes waaay back and, oh! would you lookie there - Hillary makes an appearance - to at least the Rose Law Firm. We're all familiar with her background at the RLF, yes? So they hamdled a family of patents to pretty much track every thing and one on the planet. It's been in the works for a long while.
