(Swing shift rules)...always has. Dayshift is meetings & mahogany-row faggotry. The work gets done on Swings. Coordination between shifts is key. People feel beat-down so much these Days coordination is even harder.

We had a sick out yesterday at work,half of dayshift didn't come in. I work swing shift and didn't hear about it.
We are not good at orginizing.

I love swing shift, I don't have an alarm clock. I wake on a natural cycle. And since moving to swings a watch zero of the drivel on tv.
