The only time I've been sick with loss of taste and smell was in 2020 after the Wuflu hit.
Before that, loss of taste and smell was never something I'd experienced when I got sick. I think a lot of people are experiencing this for the first time. It was a loss of taste and smell for WEEKS after being sick, not just a couple days of it. I never even had a fever or a cough, just a little stuffy nose and I felt very tired, plus the loss of taste and smell. It was super weird!
