That sounds good. I don't think I could fast for 2 days straight before eating, I believe it would put my stomach in shock and cause me to eat more. But I could probably do the skip breakfast and eat from noon until 8PM. I was dieting 2 years ago until my granddaughters moved in. I kept up with my calories, cut out a lot of the carbs and sweets, ate a lot of veggies and greens, watched my portions, worked out on the treadmill for 5 minutes/ twice a day, stationery bicycle road 6 miles/ twice a day and then I would put on something fast like Rolling Stones and dance one or two songs twice a day. I lost 20 pounds rather quickly, then I got e-coli from some bad lettuce and lost 14 more, and after that starvation of 13 days worth of sickness from the e-coli, I started eating like a hog. So I guess I'll have to start all over. I would also drink chicken broth once in a while instead of eating and make that my fast day. Wish me luck; once these holidays are over, I'm gonna have to change my lifestyle or throw my husband out the backdoor for feeding me fattening food. Haha. Thanks for the videos. Saved on computer to watch after baby is asleep. God bless.
With fasting, I think it's important to start off doing something like the 16/8. Eventually you'll hit a wall and won't see much progress.
Slightly changing your routine, even if it's to eat more on a "cheat" day (counter-intuitive, I know) can work wonders as well.
I don't view what I'm doing as a diet, but more as a lifestyle change. Have to say it's pretty amazing to be reducing my grocery bill in spite of what Sleepy Joe and his minions are doing to our economy.

Ain't that the truth. Thanks and God bless.
