I discovered that the mask mandates are linked to potential lawsuits. Corporations are afraid of being sued by people who contract the coof and possibly die while at their place of business. Following CDC guidelines is a form of risk management being practiced. Not saying it's right just pointing out how we ended up here. Until there is some form of legislation removing the potential liability, corporations will continue to follow recommendations. Follow the money.
