They will never bring it out. It is considered a snuff film and highly illegal. You will not see it going around the internet at any point.

They probably have. Remember all the NYPD people that saw what was on weiners laptop and many have since died under suspicious circumstances? Yeah they probably saw it. Likely intel and other agencies have copy under tight control.
