My employer (10k+ people) is selectively implementing it right now and already has people jumping ship, some at the higher levels. They're taking their chances elsewhere and I'm figuring out if there's yet anyone worth leaving for before I get fired and try to sue. The risk of leaving is significant as we already know people who jumped ship just to run into the same fight at the new employer down the line. If relocating is required it just ups the hassle. Note this is a Texas HQ'd company and they're still trying to push this shit.
That is beyond FUBAR. Silver lining, you might have a good shot at winning a court case in TX. That could be a precedent-setter, too- TX effectively enforcing its mandate ban outside of its borders.
