Workers compensation for Vax adverse effects!
Sounds like a victory , NOT if your dead.
I am in the process of requesting a Religious Accommodation for the military, and I was instructed that "If I decide to get vaxxed, that I need to make sure that I am on an active duty status" (I am Traditional Guard) In the event I have a reaction, I would be covered under the VA. I told the Captian, Sir, I will see the gate before I see the shot. He understood.
Too true!
Are families/spouses restricted from collecting? If it is retroactive, that should be sufficient to take them down.
In my limited experience, the federal government usually honors family requests like that. However, it does state from September 9th or later.
Lol. Most people I know employed by government who took jab are fucked then. Took the jab in april or june.
“When a claim is received for injury due to receipt of the COVID-19 vaccination, the claims examiner should determine if the vaccine was received prior to September 9, 2021. If the vaccination was received prior to this date, coverage is afforded only if the vaccine was administered or sponsored by the employing agency. See PM 2-0804.19.”
It depends on where they got it.

Yep, same! Most of the ones I know that got the shots back then are having unusual health issues now, too. Some subtle. Some life threatening. If not vaxx related, just too many coincidences to make any sense.
