It is definitely not working as advertised. I think the virus is beating it. I don't know why he's encouraging it, but Trump has earned enough credibility with me that I don't think he would encourage people to get something he would know to be detrimental. He was part of the team that fought covid with far better success than Biden and company, so I assume he knows alot about it.
