I don't disagree only nuance is that you (in most cases especially in the states) pick your own doc, so back to the self responsibility. Yeah at some point in the line heads need to roll, but if you ever thought that anyone else had your best interest in mind better then yourself you've been misled. I'm probably preaching to the choir here in that regard, but if anyone wonders why there is little compassion, it's because that's life. And if you've payed attention and read history it's painfully obvious you're largely on your own, and you're damn sure responsible for everything you do.
