The article was probably made in 2016, and amended for the COVID-19 crap. There was just no edit date/notification. It's also from buyandsell.gc.ca which seems to be some kind of ad? Trying to look into it myself and not getting these results. Searching for buyandsell.gc.ca returns a familiar result but no mention of grenades and tear gas.
