The terms of their cooperation probably stipulate that leaks put them back at risk of the death penalty for treason. Surely they have learned their lesson as to what private comms NSA can capture by now. No surprise that those who have turned state's evidence are keeping mum. It was their hubris that made them sloppy. Spooks should have been smarter than that.
