Unfortunately, we have school boards like mine in Broward that only care about the "science" and "data" when they can use it to impose their will. My kids have to go to school with a face diaper and they're teaching them that not wearing a mask is unsafe and irresponsible.
I told them that the people who want them to wear masks are living their lives completely paralyzed with fear and we are not going to do that. I make them take their masks off the second they're not forced to wear them.
They are defying DeSantis' order. DeSantis has withheld state funds from the school board, but the resident ordered the Department of Education to issue grants to reimburse them.
