If that's the case, then I think we should entertain the idea that Durham is producing indictments that are being routed thru military tribunals.

Going back to the Kavanaugh hearings, what was the predicate for tribunals vs. civilian courts? If a case could be made for treason, then maybe that's the way it goes.
