The phones work fine and they're paid off! No all of a sudden I have to purchase new? What a scam!

Switch to Total Wireless or another third party carrier.

We switched from T-Mobile to Total Wireless as we were former Sprint customers and they jacked up our bill. We now pay only $67 a month total (fees and taxes included) for 2 lines with unlimited calling and 4G data.
