The phones work fine and they're paid off! No all of a sudden I have to purchase new? What a scam!

And on top of that if you do upgrade, the phone will be tmobile only. Where I live Sprint and Verizon were the only options for service. As a Sprint customer, I upgraded then found I had no service as the phone is a t mobile only phone. it was 3 hours on the chat to get them to turn on my old phone (which worked instantly) and to take back the new phone that had no service. They tried the old " Keep your new phone and we will put a team on getting service to you." line. like us in the country are a priority. lol. Now I am a Verizon customer. Same price for unlimited ~70$ and I am going to use their Internet and finally get rid of my land line/dsl. The price we pay to live in paradise.
