Okay Background here. The sec released the GME report confirming for us apes holding GME That shorts did not cover in January. Citadel held 4.2 billion internalized shares that they cooked off their books. The market was stressed then, margincalls galor. Robinhood barley getting the funds and getting a reduced margin call because they are corrupt.
Well. Today DWAC traded 475 million shares. From a possible 28 milliion share float. Sure multiple people day trade and shares change hands. The point is these things are done almost automatically with short sellers and market making. My guess is now Citadel sold short hundreds of millions more of these shares and now has to juggle two time bombs on top of the default of Evergrande on the 23rd.
Is it time? can we get some other people in here to look at it from the Market Prospective. Q did say the market needed to all come down right? This money will help everyone trying to fight these mandates and joblosses. We need to get more eyes on this.
1: I don't think the market has to come down nor do I think it will. Market drops favor the rich not the poor.
2: Gamestop is shorted to oblivion but the links between gamestop and the plan are shady at best
3: Q never really talked much at all about markets aside form insider trading and generic statements I don't think
Inflation running rampant
Fed buying $80 billion in Treasuries and $40 billion of MBS every month to pump liquidity into the market
Reverse repos consistently breaking all time highs
Evergrande defaulting along with other smaller dominos
S&P 500 Schiller PE ratio second highest of all time
Multiple liquidity tests failed
Institutions are leveraged at all time highs
The list goes on and on. Look what happened to Archegos when they got liquidated. VIAC stock dropped from $100 to $40 in 3 days when they failed a margin call and got liquidated. What do you think will happen when some of the big players fail a margin call and have to liquidate their massive holdings in AAPL and SPY?
Whether or not a market crash is part of the Q plan or not, the market is one default or failed margin call away from spiraling out of control. Once the first domino falls they can easily take down other dominos with them as forced liquidations lead to more forced liquidations...
Bobby Piton has stated multiple times he doesn't believe the market will crash.
Maybe only select stocks will crash. Yes a overall market crash hurts the little guys more than the wealthy. All those 401k, pensions etc
You could be right.
But ask yourself is it the right thing to do?
