Well yeah since Obama years nose dive. It's been depressed since the 60s. But was safe place to live n the people were always nice kept their properties nice n neat. I didn't need to lock my doors until 2002 when masses started a abandon nyc. 20 years ago...I'd be all over making the sign change!!
