Did they say when approx we’ll find out if the “merger “ will happen? I put parenthesis bc it’s not really a merger between to real companies. It’s a shell or fake company that is merging with a real company that wants to bypass IPO regulations and warp speed going public. Did I understand the SPAC thing right? Please correct me if I’m being too cynical but it just sounds like a giant loophole to a SPAC newb. I know Bill gates also use SPACs on the regular and I suspect for nefarious reasons.
