I came across a clip of this interview on Telegram. To be fair, I didn't listen to the whole thing -- I just couldn't. Even with all the disgusting, horrific things I have learned about over the years, about 10 minutes and I couldn't go on. I can't verify that truth of this interview but I've heard enough over the years to piece together that it is more than likely accurate.
I'm not putting this up for points, or to be edgy. If what this man says is true, there needs to be a very serious investigation into facebook, and a lot of people need to go to prison, yesterday. If anyone coming across this thread knows someone that works in an investigative capacity or knows a Senator or Rep that can look into this, please let them know.
Last thing and the most important part of this, I sincerely ask that you pray for this former moderator, seeing what what he has seen will scar your soul and will cause real damage to a person without belief in God. He was a mod for what I can tell was 6 months, and I can't image the damage done, he looks miserable.
Link, warning again, don't watch if you do not need to, the link is for reference, and archiving.

The description of the graphic contents are around frazzledrip level, just with animals. Pedos, incidents similar to the Fritzl case, and 'culturally appropriate' festivals were also mentioned. I would leave it at that.
He also mentioned about the terrible work conditions and the fact that the graphic contents remain up even though the moderator reported them. He mentioned people get around the graphic videos being taken down by captioning 'self defense.' He also mentioned that he reported to the authorities about the sex-trafficking, but Facebook refused to provide the videos to them because they are private videos.
His pay was $30,000 per year. Got lured into thinking he can be the police of Facebook, but never thought he was required to view graphic content for 10 hours, day after day.
OP, thank you for sharing.
