I would only leave if you can get out quick and have a much better place in mind. I moved out to the country to the family farm. Around here there is no a lot of rentals available and almost nothing for sale. It's crazy difficult to find a contractor to do anything. Moving into a bare place might not be helpful, depends how quick this thing unfolds. But it seems to be going much slower then I imagined so it could work out fine.
