I was required to take my first of many weekly covid tests yesterday. Fed employee. 560 out of 2800 employees are required to get tested weekly after refusing the kill shot. 7 in a room every 30 minutes from 7 am till 4 pm with a single nurse present. With this being the first week, many are unsure about what they are doing and it has led to over 50% not showing up, meaning administrative "punishment" lolol. Anyways out of the 6 others in my group on 3 showed up, on top of myself. Primarily black folks. We waited for nearly 20 minutes to be seen, but during the whole time I tried to educate them further on why they should never get it, sending them all links and interviews, especially from Stew Peter's. They were all receptive and even more surprised and against taking the clot shot. As we entered the testing room, I was adamant that I would refuse a nasal swab, especially if it was sterilized with ethylene oxide. I told the nurse of my objection to EO and I recieved a swab that was sterilized via radiation and produced in Sweden. The tests were self administered and the swab hardly went into anyone's nasal passage. Within 15 minutes we all passed and left. It seems that the actual testing was made as "painless" as possible to mitigate backlash. The nurse who "watched" the testing was woke as well. I have a feeling mandatory testing ends within two months.
