There has not been 100 billion people born
The Earth is only 6,000 years old. To get to 100 billion people born, you'd have to average 1.7M births per year, every year, since the beginning of time to reach that number. Human population didn't even reach 1 billion until 1804, and it's 7.79 billion today.
Not only that, but the whole reason Rome fell was the debauchery. Not exactly "right-wing" or conservative there.
Didn't lead poisoning play a role? The aqueducts had portions with lead plumbing.
