I think it started back with HMOs. You were referred within the group instead of the best doc for the condition. That was insurance controlled care. Once O care came its govt control over the insurance control; patients with no control.

Last time I saw my heart doc he didnt even listen to my heart (didnt even say hello) but went immediately to 'the vax'. Will never see him again.

Poster said "you will no longer be needed" is true. Govt will turn on them once they fulfilled their purpose and in meantime docs lose $ as patients leave their practices.
