If some random person claims they have changed the definition of murder, can they then go on to do actual murders, asserting that the killings are lawful? Not only is the answer to this question 'no', the demonstrated premeditation with the 'definition altering' statements should only add to the severity of any criminal sentencing.

No different with this woman.
