Dogs still whine and cry without their bark. The bark removal was to save on noise. Not nice to do but it wasn't to stop the crying because it wouldn't.

Experimenting on dogs is bad bit the people he killed is the real.problem. this is not where we should focus.

Some people will relate more to animal cruelty then they will to human cruelty. So while the real crime is all the people he’s killed and is killing, this story may open some peoples eyes to what a piece of $&!@ he is
