Everyone needs a blood test for vitamin d levels. They know cancers and covid is flu etc cannot happen when vit.d levels. If you are say at 11 you need to take 10000 units a day for six weeks and check you have reached a good level. Clif high and vids on internet showcfacts. In uk the dose recommended is 400 units but then they are trying to kill us off.
