I do see your point and it's a good one. I'm not qualified to say if the core message changed, but I do know there was a time when rewrites were normal before the bible was locked down.
But no, I don't think god is able to do anything. I'm a real atheist, not some trendy brainwashed leftard. I spent a lot of time and effort looking and this was the only world view I found that makes sense.
Atheists are rare on this board, fren! But if you hang around here long enough I am sure we can fix that. 😉
