Weird capitalization choices in Trump statements

I thought it was odd to choose to capitalize complete and total endorsement.

Any speculations?

It was on his Twitter a while back (so can’t link it) but he said he does it to bring attention to words he finds important for the reader (I’m paraphrasing here bc I can’t remember the exact wording).
