Well it ain't a hard job if someone else is actually running the show... when his day job actually consists of stumbling out in front of a camera embarrassing himself in Beevis-like poses then turning his back without taking questions, you can see where he would have a lot of off time.. and you can see based on how the people react to this performance why the cabal does not mind that he takes a lot of time off
