Does anyone remember a few years ago when people were in a zombie state of biting others?

People would be in some kind of rabid state and they would bite others and tear flesh. I’m wondering if that was a trial period that was meant to coincide with these vaccinations.

Interesting. I don’t recall hearing about Flakka, but I do remember hearing about bath salts.
