Here is a later article https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.07.21.21260223v1.full The earlier one had it going form 15% to 2.9% after Ivermectin. This one mentions 9.3% to 2.9%. The doctor that recommended the protocol for the country was a Honduran working at MD Anderson in Houston.
