Giants, Nephilim, Fallen Angels what was their size and are they still here? (This is a combination of own Biblical research with accompanying notes from a variety of sources) I’ve asked three separate pastors and another respected Christian mentor the following question “Aside from the obvious dreams, visions and poems, is there anywhere in the Bible that states what is to be taken literally and what is to be taken figuratively?” The only answer I have received is references to other peoples books which aren’t in the Bible. I have not yet checked out the sources I was given. So, if those references to other non cannonical books (not in the Bible because they didn’t claim to be divinely inspired and therefore were not chosen), then why not take from the book of Enoch as a historical source since he lived during Biblical times and is mentioned in the Bible as someone who walked with God? Jasher is also mentioned in the Bible and giant and Nephilim sizes are mentioned there as well. Goliath of Gath was over nine feet tall and his coat of scale armor weighed 5000 shekels (125.88 Lbs.) His spear shaft was like a weaver’s rod and its iron point weighed 600 shekels (15.11 lbs. ((rounding up after decimal) 1 Chronicles 11:23 (sum.) One of King David’s men killed a giant who was 4 cubits and a span (in older version) 6’9” current est. 7’10” in height
The cubit was an ancient measurement from the forearm. The Roman cubit was usually 18-22 inches and the Egyptian cubit was 17.4 inches

Job 40:15-24 & 41 (summarized.) The behemoth which was made alongside man, feeds like an ox with strength in his loins, power in the muscles of his belly, his tail sways like a cedar, his bones like tubes of bronze, his ribs like rods of iron, he ranks first among the works of God, yet the Maker can approach him with his sword. The hills bring him their produce, and all the wild animals play nearby. He lies under the lotus among the reeds in the marsh. The river rages, he is not alarmed, he is secure though the Jordan should surge against his mouth. God asks Job if the leviathan can be pulled in with a fishhook or his tongue tied with a rope? Or put a cord through his nose or pierce his jaw with a hook? If he would beg for mercy or be tamed or bought or divided among merchants? Or kill him? If you tried, to lay a hand on him you would remember the struggle and never do it again! Any hope of subduing him is false. The mere sight of him is overpowering. No one is fierce enough to rouse him. He has limbs of strength with strength and graceful form. Who would approach him with a bridle? Who dares open the doors of his mouth ringed about with fearsome teeth? His back has rows of shields tightly sealed together so close that no air can pass between, joined tightly together so they cannot be parted. His snorting throws out flashes of light; his eyes like rays of dawn. Firebrands stream from his mouth; sparks of fires shoot out. Smoke pours from his nostrils as from a boiling pot over a fire of reeds. His breath sets coals ablaze, and flames dart from his mouth. Strength resides in his neck; dismay goes before him. The folds of his flesh are tightly joined, they are firm and immovable, his chest as hard as rock, hard as a lower millstone. When he rises up, the mighty are terrified; they retreat before his thrashing. The sword that reaches him has no effect, nor does the spear or the dart or javelin. Iron he treats like straw and bronze like rotten wood. Arrows do not make him flee; slingstones are like chaff to him. A club seems to him but a piece of straw; He laughs at the rattling of the lance. His undersides are jagged potsherds, leaving a trail in the mud like a threshing sledge. He makes the depths churn like boiling cauldron and stirs up the sea like a pot of ointment. Behind him he leaves a glistening wake; One would think the deep had white hair. Nothing on earth is his equal—a creature without fear. He looks down on all the haughty; he is king over all the proud. (I HAVE NOT INCLUDED THE ENTIRE SCRIPTURE, AS I WAS ONLY LOOKING TO COVER DESCRIPTION OF THE CREATURE) From ch. 40 The description of this dinosaur conveys sheer size, yet he is an animal that grazes like the ox or cow that lives in marshy areas that has a gentle spirit . From ch. 41 The description of the Leviathan is of creature that would have been possibly a land and sea animal of sheer size and strength with built in armor which would likely have sparked terror at the very sight of him. May have been either a cracken or dragon or some other sea serpent.

Numbers 13:23-33 (23-29 are summarized) The scouts returns carrying a single cluster of grapes on a pole between them with a report that the land was indeed flowing with milk and honey! The people are powerful and the cities are fortified and very large. We saw descendants of the Anak there. The Amalekites live in the Negev; the Hittites , Jebusites and Amorites live in the hill country; and the Canaanites live near the sea and along the Jordan. Then Caleb silenced the people before Moses and said. “We should go up and take possession of the land for we can certainly do it.” But the men who had gone up with him said, “We can’t attack those people; they are stronger than we are .” And they spread among the Israelites a bad report about the land they had explored. They said “ The land we explored devours those living in it. All the people we saw there are of great size. We saw the Nephilim there (the descendants of Anak come from the Nephilim. We seemed like grasshoppers in our own eyes, and we looked the same to them.” Amos 2:9 “Yet I destroyed the Amorites before them. Though they were as tall as the cedars and as strong as the oaks. I destroyed their fruit above and their branches below. (The website article I sent you on the size of Cedar trees says that Cedars can grow as tall as 200’ and another site I’ve found says that the width across ((not circumference)) can get to at least 20’) Amos 4:11 “ I overthrew some of you as I overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah. You were like a burning stick snatched from the fire, yet you have not returned to me,” declares the Lord.​ (to me this suggests volcano and petrification compared to Lots wife outside Sodom and Gomorrah and (not from Bible times-Pompeii when Mt Vesuvias erupted.) Deuteronomy 3:11 (sum.) King Og the Rephaim’s bed nine cubits in length and four cubits in width which is 13’6” tall 6’ wide (a recent video documentary on archeologist digs I’ve watched ((I want to say discovery channel but not sure that’s correct)) found King Og’s bed in what is now the ocean’s bottom and it’s size matched the Biblical description. I’ve done some research and found that the cubit, an ancient measure of length derived from the forearm to tip of middle finger and was usually 18-22inches. The Roman cubit was 17.4 inches, an Egyptian (short)cubit 17.6 inches, (long)was 20.4 inches, a Hebrew (short)17.5 inches and (long) 20.4 inches Babylonian(long)19.8 inches so while the exact measurement is unknown for sure, all are within close proximity to one another and one can only take an educated guess based on location of measurement derived. THE SIZE OF ANGELS 1 Kings 6:23-28 ((para.)) Cherubim carvings in King Solomon’s temple. Two of the Cherubim were 15’ tall w/wingspan of 15’ and were equal in size and shape. Two of the Cherubim were 20’ 10” and their wings reached the outer walls of the room and touched in the center of the room. Revelation 7:1 After this I saw four Angels standing at the four corners of the earth holding back the four winds of the earth to prevent any wind from blowing in the land, the sea or any tree. To me this suggest great size of the Angels Revelation 21:15-17 The Angel who talked with me had a measuring rod of gold to measure the whole city, its gates and its walls. 16) The city was laid out like a square, as long as it was wide. He measured the city with the rod and found it to be 12,000 stadia in length, and as wide as it is long. 17) He measured its wall and it was 144 cubits by mans’ measurements, which the Angel was using. 12,000 Stadia=1380 miles 144 cubits=216 feet This suggests a very large Angel in order to reach a rod across an entire city this large. Enoch’s writings do not claim to be Biblical but rather historical. Enoch 6-8 Specifies itself as non- biblical. (Please humor me and read Enoch Chapters 5 & 6 ((found online, possibly in library)) Chapter 5 & 6 match with Genesis. Chapter 7 I can’t find in the Bible. Enoch is referenced several times in the Bible; Chapter 6-8 vs 6:3-5 and they made mutual imprecations upon the mountains (summary) Chapter 7: Titans 3000 Ells =(4500 ft) in height 10:18 Excite them against one another (Cannabalistic Titans fighting each other to death) 11:4 15:1-3 (summary)Wives of the Watchers ((Sirens))
The Watchers (Enoch) (a lot of info on Giants, Nephelim, species of giants, mixing of Angel to human, Angel to animal, mixing animals, Angel to plant, Rock Giants) Seed war- Bestiality (Faun, Centaur, Harpy, Cockatries, Griffin, Fairies, Goblins, etc). Enoch and God re; ridding the world of Titans (plan to rid the world of Nephilim/Titans (largest of the giants) by holding tournament to the death (excite against one another) til the death. Biblical Scripture Genesis 5:18-24 & 17:1 Amos 3:3 Luke 3:37 Hebrews 11:5 Jude 1:14, 12:15, Chapters 14 & 15 1 Chronicles 1:13 (Enoch also called Henoch) • Book of Jasher Chapter 4 (ref. giants) summarizes the story of Genesis, ie; beginning of the earth, mankind, Satans corruption and evil ways spread upon the earth, false gods, Fallen angels (referred to as judges and rulers) went to the daughters of men and took them by force along with beasts of the field and fowl of the air in order to provoke God. Noah was born, found grace with God, God’s choosing to destroy all life. Jasher is also referenced in the Bible. The Book of Jasher (Sefer Ha Yashar) Rains for 40 days and nights during the great flood of Noah suggests much larger giants and anials which God wanted to wipe out. Joshua 10:12, 13 (seen in KJV) 2 Samuel 1:18 & 2 Timothy 3:8 36 Tribes of giants are mentioned in the Bible Amorites, Anakim, Ashdothrites, Avims, Avites, Caphtorims, Ekronites, Emims, Eshkalonites, Gazathites, Gibeonites, Giblites, Girgashites, Gittites, Hittites, Hivites, Horites, Horims, Jebusites, Kadmonites, Kenites, Kennizzites, Maarchites, Manassites, Nephilim, Perizzites, Philistines, Rephaims, Zanzummites, Zebusites & Zuzims Post Flood Book of Jubilees 29:9 (sum.) Rephaim 10-15’ tall PANGEA- The Theory of Pangea is supported in the Bible (I’ve included this as it explains numerous nationalities spreading worldwide before modern technologies) such as planes, ships etc., it also explains discoveries of giants worldwide and animals found in unusual locale such as clam shells, fossils of sea creatures and crustaceans found thousands of miles inland even African and Asian animals like Mammoth and Tiger being found in North America, as well as landscape changes that Evolutionists try to explain by carbon dating and big bang theory. Vast crevices and rock formations such as Grand Canyon, Arches, Canyonlands as well as Glaciers. Genesis1:9,10 7:11 & 11:8 Job 38:4 Genesis 10:25 (summary) Peleg, division, Tower of Babel Genesis 11:1-9 (summary) Tower of Babel structure in attempt to reach heaven without God. Invokes the wrath of God and he separated man and made them unable to communicate with each other by changing their languages.
