I hope that's true but difficult to explain all of the adverse reactions/deaths. If we are in a devolution, perhaps the military leaders have substituted saline for our military personnel. Again this may be wishful thinking.

The military didn't switch vials as military sent soldiers to local pharmacies or stores. Military was smart enough to leave the administration/injecting to other entities. So sad.
