People without vaccine passports in the Dominican Republic cannot even go to a store to buy food, to a bank or entertainment places. People that are vax’d and have papers run the errands for a fee for them. I was worried that it would happen here, but now IMHO, it’ll be the non-vax’d that will run the errands because vax’d will be unable to do for themselves. I am so sorry.
