My only thought is that it is an attempt to show that our politicians are 'cute' and they like to have fun just like us. Just a distraction from the fact that they are almost all criminal psychopaths hell-bent on destroying the country.

But as another fren pointed out, Mitt has peed his pants. I can't find any way that can be a shadow. The light source would have to be such that his right arm makes the shadow, but there are no other shadows that indicate a light is in that direction.

So that seems like a message of some kind. That message wouldn't be for the normies.
