That was ~60 years ago, and ~10 years after their creation. Imagine what they have done, and become, since then.

The CIA was taken over by the Nazi after WW11. Prior to that it was the OSS. The Nazis were brought in to combat the Soviets. I suppose the reason why Q said the Nazis lost the battles but won the war!!
