It has been brought to our attention the following message through an unofficial communication. However, the message below has been validated by local law enforcement actions and we have received notice the message has been validated by the Pentagon Police / FBI.
AVOID ANY SHOPPING MALL/CENTER IN THE ALEXANDRIA WOODBRIDGE AREA THIS WEEKEND.
“On October 28th, ISIS leaders activated a cell in Northern Virginia to carry out an attack within 72 hours.” This has been characterized as an “extremely likely event”. 2 ISIS operatives will be going to a shopping mall/center in the Alexandria/Woodbridge area. There are no other details to share. This information and warning is unclassified and you are free to share the information with as many colleagues and contacts as you can.
In abundance of caution, please pass the communication on to contacts, colleagues, friends, family.

Er, so what large malls are in Alexandria and Woodbridge? Isis is going to attack a strip mall?
Alexandria has Landmark Mall. It's been a few years since I've been over that way, but last time I was it was hard to tell if anything was actually still open there.
Woodbridge has Potomac Mills, fairly large and usually pretty busy. Woodbridge in parts has shit tons of stores/shopping as well.
