We The People paid for that debacle like all the others. Those who have access to our money think they can do what they want with it and not be accountable to us. They think they are entitled to lie, cheat and steal from us and have no obligation to ask our permission or allow us to investigate where our money went. These over bloated organs of government play fast and loose because nobody has ever demanded accountability. They think they can always hide behind a cloak of national security. Bullshit. This government is so corrupt, so mismanaged, so bloated and self serving that I see no way to fix it. We need to stop paying them our money. These 11th hour backroom deals that McConnell, Pelosi and Schumer like to do will stop. If our country needs money, let's start by throwing these bastards in jail and cut the size of government in half immediately. Then, start clawing back money from these corrupt politicians and bureaucrats. They won't need it where they're going.

We need to start running this country like we do our households. We need to view things through the eyes of people who actually pay the bills. So many lives killed in needless wars, so much of our country's treasure squandered by people you wouldn't buy a used car from. Not only should we demand to see everything they are trying to hide but we should be preparing to take back as much ill gotten gain as can be extracted from these fraudsters. This shit will end.
