Only one problem, Highwire, if in fact this is what is happening, it cannot be described as a grave and egregious error. It is purposeful. They didn't spend the past 40 years experimenting with the planted AIDS virus for nothing.

I agree totally, maybe they cannot wrap their heads around this being purposeful but I have no doubt in my mind that is was.
