I saw a woman walk out of a business, take her mask off, walk to and get in her car then, put her mask back ON and drive away ALONE! As well, I saw a very over weight young man collecting carts in a Walmart lot. He had a mask on and had to stop multiple times trying to get a breath through the mask.
