I guess I need to live in a third world country to get the best treatment?

Live close to the boarder you would be crazy not to make a day trip into Mexico and pick up Ivermectin and HCQ! It's over the counter and cheap! Bring back as much as you can and if you get caught by customs its' NOT a scheduled drug so you're not going to get in trouble at worst they would confiscate it. I've brought back meds from Mexico before and Customs didn't care as long as it wasn't a narcotic.
