We all know that something is wrong - I know it’s anecdotal but instinct is usually 80% correct

I remember that too. Use margarine until it was found ingredients are the same used to make carpeting but using a different process. So back to butter. Now this oil is ok, that one is not.

Remember when LBJ had the food pyramid flipped for more meat because he raised cattle?
