My voting area is in a school gymnasium. As far as open ssid connections there are two. I think this should have gone further and mentioned that there are hidden networks that will not show up with just checking your connections.

Not sure how to on mobile.. maybe someone here can tell us. I have never tried.

Yes, there are apps you can download for free that would search for hidden SSIDs
