Find it odd that ONLY GME is ever brought up here and not AMC.
AMC is Chinese, I prefer not to invest in Chinese ventures and have avoided AMC on principle. I suspect on this forum of all places the "buy and hold AMERICAN" crowd may predominate, even if they are not particularly vocal about it. But I could certainly be wrong. :)
You couldn't be absolutely more wrong.
Wanda Group, who is Chinese owned, sold their stake in AMC earlier this year.

AMC has been shorted just as heavily as GME, if not moreso, due to the fact that the stock float is far higher than that of GME. Ortex data and short interest data, along with other stock fundamentals showcase this. See also: /r/amcstock and Youtube channels Trey's Trades, Matt Kohrs, Roensch Capital for DD on both AMC and GME.
Apes own the AMC float, just like GME apes and they certainly don't attack each other.
Wow I stand corrected and apologize for spreading outdated info. Perhaps I will add some AMC to my holdings, the better to fuel the moonrocket. Thanks for the info! :)
You're welcome - thanks for looking into it and not immediately dismissing new information.
