I think the Judge doing that sets a precedent throughout the city, and probably the state... which then begs the question - the whole country?

We'll see. It is definitely a story to watch.

The mandate isn’t gone, all the judge said is that the city has to bargain with the union for it. It probably will get implemented, it’s just a question of what the officers get in return.
