I’m not understanding how it’s not an EEO complaint according to federal law to discriminate for religious reason. That’s the most winnable lawsuit I ever heard.

That's why they've been trying to ram through an amendment to a state law to legalize it as of last week. The House voted for it and Senate will have to deal with it early next year.
