My company is mandating the vaccine. They are allowing for religious exemptions so please post any resources you have. I greatly appreciate it.

The best advice I've heard is to find the legal wording of the exemption laws and follow it clearly. It may vary from state to state, however if the law says that "Applicants must present an honest and sincere religious justification..." then use those exact words to minimize the chance your company can legally refuse. "It is my honest and sincere religious belief that the COVID-19 vaccinations...".
Also, expect your application to be initially rejected and only approved after you get a lawyer to challenge them because most companies know what they are doing is illegal and they know they will lose in court.
